Important: PLUS1 use karne se aap in Terms of Service se agree karte hain. Agar aap agree nahi karte toh please service use mat karo.

1. Acceptance of Terms

PLUS1 software ("Service") use karke aap in Terms of Service ("Terms") se legally bound hote hain. Yeh Terms aapke aur PLUS1 (FF-105, Ninex RMG, Sector-37 C, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122001) ke beech agreement hai.

2. Description of Service

PLUS1 ek cloud-based GST billing, inventory management aur accounting software hai jo retail aur wholesale businesses ke liye design kiya gaya hai. Service mein shamil hai:

  • GST Invoice generation aur management
  • Inventory aur stock management
  • Accounting aur ledger management
  • GSTR-1, GSTR-3B reports
  • Customer aur vendor management
  • Multi-branch support (plan ke anusar)

3. Account Registration

  • Account banane ke liye aapki age 18+ honi chahiye
  • Aap accurate aur complete information provide karne ke liye responsible hain
  • Aap apna password secure rakhne ke liye responsible hain
  • Ek account ek business ke liye hai — sharing allowed nahi hai (plan limits ke bahar)
  • Suspicious activity hone par hum account suspend kar sakte hain

4. Free Trial

PLUS1 15-day free trial offer karta hai. Trial period mein:

  • Koi credit card required nahi
  • Sab features available hain
  • Trial khatam hone ke baad plan select karna hoga ya Free Forever plan pe shift ho jaoge
  • Trial extend nahi hota (special cases mein support se contact karo)

5. Subscription & Payment

  • Paid plans monthly ya yearly basis pe charge hote hain
  • Payment advance mein hoti hai
  • Prices change ho sakte hain — 30 days advance notice diya jayega
  • Failed payment pe service suspend ho sakti hai
  • GST applicable hoga as per Indian tax laws

6. Acceptable Use

Aap PLUS1 ka use nahi kar sakte:

  • Illegal activities ke liye
  • Fake invoices ya fraudulent transactions ke liye
  • Spam ya unsolicited communications ke liye
  • Service ko reverse engineer karne ke liye
  • Dusre users ko harm karne ke liye
  • PLUS1 servers pe excessive load daalne ke liye

7. Your Data

Aapka business data aapka hai. PLUS1 aapke data ka owner nahi hai. Hum aapka data:

  • Sirf service provide karne ke liye use karte hain
  • Third parties ko sell nahi karte
  • Indian servers pe securely store karte hain
  • Account deletion ke 90 days baad permanently delete karte hain

8. Intellectual Property

PLUS1 software, design, logo aur content PLUS1 ki intellectual property hai. Aapko service use karne ka limited, non-exclusive license milta hai. Aap PLUS1 software copy, modify ya distribute nahi kar sakte.

9. Service Availability

Hum 99.9% uptime ka target rakhte hain lekin guarantee nahi de sakte. Scheduled maintenance ke liye advance notice diya jayega. Emergency maintenance ke liye notice possible nahi ho sakta.

10. Limitation of Liability

PLUS1 liable nahi hoga:

  • Data loss ke liye (regular backups lena aapki responsibility bhi hai)
  • Business losses ke liye jo service downtime se hue
  • Third-party services ke issues ke liye
  • Force majeure events ke liye

Maximum liability subscription amount tak limited hai.

11. Termination

Aap kabhi bhi account cancel kar sakte hain. PLUS1 Terms violation pe account terminate kar sakta hai. Termination ke baad data 90 days tak accessible rahega for export.

12. Governing Law

Yeh Terms Indian law ke under govern hote hain. Disputes ke liye jurisdiction Gurgaon, Haryana courts mein hogi.

13. Changes to Terms

Hum Terms update kar sakte hain. Material changes ke liye 30 days advance email notice diya jayega. Continued use means acceptance.
