🆕 Try Before You Buy: PLUS1 mein 15-day free trial milta hai — koi credit card nahi chahiye. Pehle try karo, phir decide karo. Isliye hum generally refund nahi dete paid subscription ke baad.

Kyunki PLUS1 ek SaaS (Software as a Service) product hai aur hum 15-day free trial offer karte hain, hum generally paid subscriptions pe refund nahi dete. Hum strongly recommend karte hain ki aap trial period mein software thoroughly test karo.

3. How to Request a Refund
Refund request karne ke liye:

- Subject: "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]"
- Include karo: Account email, payment date, payment amount, reason
- Response time: 2 business days
- Processing time (approved refunds): 5–7 business days
4. Plan Downgrade / Cancellation
- Aap kabhi bhi plan cancel kar sakte hain
- Cancel karne ke baad service current billing period ke end tak active rahegi
- Cancel ke baad Free Forever plan pe automatically shift ho jaoge
- Aapka data 90 days tak accessible rahega for export
5. Plan Upgrade
Plan upgrade karne par:
- Upgrade instant hota hai
- Remaining days ka pro-rata credit next invoice mein adjust hota hai
- Koi extra charge nahi hota upgrade ke liye
6. Exceptions — Refund Nahi Milega
- Terms of Service violation ke karan account terminate hone par
- Fraudulent activity ke karan account suspend hone par
- Free trial ke baad paid plan lene ke 7 days baad cancel karne par
- Partial month use ke liye
7. Payment Gateway Issues
Agar payment deduct hua lekin account activate nahi hua, toh:
- 24 hours wait karo — automatic resolution hoti hai
- Agar nahi hua toh support@plus1.in pe payment screenshot ke saath email karo
- Hum 24 hours mein resolve karenge
